PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD in Spanish), BUSINESS2BIO SOLUTIONS, S.L. guarantees confidentiality of personal data Users. Data will be collected by the forms on the present Website and they only will be used for the aforesaid purposes.
BUSINESS2BIO SOLUTIONS, S.L. hereby informs the User about the existence of a personal data file created with the data obtained on the Website by and for BUSINESS2BIO SOLUTIONS, S.L. and on its responsibility; this file that has been duly notified to the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The file has been created with the purpose of giving information on the services offered by the Website, as well as for carrying out promotional and advertising activities by any means, including the sending of e-mails for which the express consent of the User shall be required.
During the data collection process, and in any place of the Website where required, the User shall be properly informed by means of a hyperlink or through the inclusion of the information on the actual form itself, as to whether the collection of such data is mandatory or not for the rendering of services as well as the current rights.

Organic Law of Personal Data Protection
